Ebay surprise- named M44 bread bag!

I won the auction for this field gear lot last week:

As you can see, the pictures were not very good, but I thought it was worth taking a chance on. Well, the UPS man came today, and when I opened the box, the first thing I pulled out was this:

The rest of the lot: matching OHW 42 canteen with belt loop, cof 43 bayonet and scabbard, 43 dated ammo pouch with dividers, and a belt (cant quite make out the date) with an Imperial buckle.

No actually it doesnt look the same, this one looks good, nice belt loops stitching nice age on the leather and all the fittings. and I dont think the leather smells like a pair of shoes from Aldo either. Good score

Cra i personally think they are of the same construction and cant see why you think the other one is fake just because of the smell??
