To tell if they are Czech...if the leather is embossed like snakeskin, they are surely Czech. Also sometimes seen in normal leather, and rarely, in k98 pouch type pebbling.
On these, some hardware was exchanged, but they were just dyed black. Best if stitching is white on both sides! However, the construction is still not right. Real Ystraps have the smooth side of the leather in, and the rough side out. Czech ones are made with the smooth side out and rough side in.
These get harder to tell, especially if they are unpatterned leather, and they have been taken apart, dyed, and turned as to be inside out. But there will always be the traces of they very typically Czech narrow leather tab that holds the Drings.
Alot of these are converted, not to decieve collectors, but as a cheap alternative for reenacting - though the ones you posted look like some movie prop ones I've seen. A well converted and then well used set can look pretty good...but....Czech ones start life looking much the same as any other Czech strap. Real Y straps have a wider variance in fittings and Dring attachment.

                what fake ???

there is no "typical" fakes.. and no "typical" originall straps - it all changes thru the years...

there is no other way to learn about these - but thru personal experience

get some books... look around... go to shows - LEARN....

thats my only advice - forums like this are good - but You cant build a collection only thru a forum - without studing the real things. it takes years....

I still dont follow exactly what You mean my Friend !!

like I said before - there is a lot of different fakes - repaired.. put together.. post war... made up reneacting ones.. etc..

and there is no general rule about that.... - no "universal" rules on how to spot a fake....

sorry../ I cant help more - I can help only if I see a particular example...

                              - tharts early czech straps for sure - look how wide O-ring underlay is.. - and the way stiches go on this part - compare to real german ones. Compare back strap - the way holes are cut in it..

                              cheers

some of my straps - maybe these pictures will help a bit...
