What are talking about different sizes of decals?
All decals have the same size. Doesn't matter which size helmet they're on...

HELMET size, not DECAL size! When helmet is small than decal looks much bigger, and reverse, when helmet is big than decal looks smaller

For me stamp looks like EF 66. Decal looks rather small for size 62 ( should be much bigger). I would check the size markings on liner ( it should be marked on the one of the leather leafs or underside. Alos the inner band should be stamped with size.
