For me stamp looks like EF 66. Decal looks rather small for size 62 ( should be much bigger). I would check the size markings on liner ( it should be marked on the one of the leather leafs or underside. Alos the inner band should be stamped with size.

What are talking about different sizes of decals?
All decals have the same size. Doesn't matter which size helmet they're on...

EF 42 also used 2nd. pattern decal seen on ET

i think he is talking abaut helm shell size here, not decal
