Opinions on Panzer m40 officer please

Can i please get some opinions on this m40 officer cap. Particularly the eagle. The tail features do not touch the legs however this same eagle is seen on the Virtual Grenidier website special ss collection WSS officer side cap.

Hi DerekW,

A number of issues with the bird, Look at the welt material, which is the black backing material, compared to the silky smooth material of an original. Cloth thread material of the eagle is off, the execution of the bird, etc. It is a known fake. Next week, I will post some of the more common repro cloth eagles for you to have as examples.
