This particular pattern eagle is seen on Reinhard Heydrich's formal portrait.

Just for the record this pattern eagle is NOT the same as Heydrich has on his tunic.

Same Pre-RZM pattern IMO, with high angled head above narrow wings and defined swastika in a thin bordered wreath with black threads. Slight lower wing variation might be the "creativity" of the tailor against the pattern.

Here is mine I got several yrs back and comparing to the one in Bandos book for the pre-RZM style. It does have the under template and does not glow under UV light and shows the typical white ish type of corrosion in several spots.
