Here's an example acquired from a dealer a few years ago. Allegedly from the estate of a former US Army medical officer, it was sewn, with several others, into a long streamer. The others included a couple of Das Reich and Frundsberg. I can only assume they were obtained from casualties encountered by the officer.

I would give just about anything to own that TK cuff, killer piece!!!
