Storage photos, so don't have much ability to show detail. The LAH has the vet's paper note explaining it came from "Hitler's bodyguard".

This DR cufftitle is displayed on a worn tunic, but is not original to it. The cufftitle itself got pretty beat in the war.

Sharing some photos of a friend's combat-worn CT collection, plus a few other well-worn SS pieces you might also enjoy.

The Hohenstaufen and LSSAH cuff titles were brought back by Master Sgt. Charles Wahler of 501st Parachute Infantry 101st Airborne POW interrogation Team.

The two eagles were sent home by Robert Orban, 30th Inf Division, right after the Battle of the Bulge (he actually mentions these in a letter, saying he took them from an SS KIA right where he was sat after the fighting).

Lastly, the 3rd and SS tabs at the top were sent home by William Medill of 96th Bomb Group, who was a POW at Stalag Luft IV.

My buddy has an incredible collection. All his pieces are GI-attributed, just like you see here.

Also, from the same collection, this HG cuff title, which was sent home from Sicily by Lt. Jack Kron, 36th Field Artillery.

Here’s my contribution. Some are more worn than others, but all are tunic-removed.

Thanks John! I was looking for a well worn example and found this one at the SoS show.
