This will be the plan in the nearby future, to put everything on digital Medium. At the moment i need to Figure out the Value and get it all done. This is in fact the entire life of this person. The films continue after the War until what i know to 1961. There are 2 Roles with only Berchtesgaden Material, so this Guy had private Access to the Berghof too. I will keep you posted with Pictures what i find....

I think what ever the price will be to put it on digital Medium, it is worth it. Here is a little Update.... I do watch a part of the Obersalzberg Roles today, Heydrich is good but a private Adolf with Speer tops this for miles. But them i will not post here because i think that are total Unique and one of a kind shots and never seen before so i will first watch the total 4 Roles from Obersalzberg and then deside what to do with it, hope you Guys understand this.WWW.EDELWEISS-ANTIQUES.COM

listen to JamesM !.. He's the professionals professional on this. ..About 10 years ago I sent him a VCR tape from a Ukrainian dig at Kharkov.. Blurry, pixelated, really couldn't make much out of it. When he sent it back you'd swear it wasn't even the piece you sent. Clearer, steady, viewable. Real high end work..
Years later I needed something else done but Jim had retired already.. Anyway and I don't know the reason,,it's sometimes almost half the price to do it in the states!
I'd suggest one thing,,don't keep viewing it thru the projector. Jim is right, your damaging it!

That risk i will take, and i do not think i will destroy them now because i watch it one time. If you would have this boxes full of unseen Films from the period of time you collect since you are a young boy i honestly not think you would say no i not watch them....i send them now for a few month overseas And i have a few contacts to BASF where they have a professional Lab and where they are able to put them all to digital Media and in the same time restore them. And when i will be finish with watching then there i will send them. It is maybe not the smartest move i know that but i watch the last 3 days nothing else my Wife already say i am a Idiot....Hobby is Hobby...Wife is wifeWWW.EDELWEISS-ANTIQUES.COM
