SS insigna ???

Can someone help me identify the right patch... Is it SS ???
What are the opinions on the 2 other insigna?

Maybe the left badge is a regimental or whatever badge.

Unknown Patch

I actually obtained 2 very similar patches from a 10th mountain div. (US) vet except they were from Kitzbuhel and Innsbruck, all these towns are in Austria. These patches were on a dark green base wool ,probably not SS related but some form of regional (Austrian) patch. My 2 cents.

The Standschuetzen were a sort of last ditch home guard made up of members of local rifle clubs. Nothing to do with the SS although, I suppose, it could be argued that they came under Himmler's jurisdiction in his capacity of head of the reserve army.
