However, when it comes to SS officer bullion eagles then do not give up your day job,

Typical personal insults over a repo eagle.
        You have no shame.
        Clearly.

Not a single fake in the group , all fine original specimens . Here is a Sieder.

Clear originals I would be proud. I also like the "full wreath" eagles, and the fact none of the ones posted are warehouse queens.

                    Hi David,
I use "Riker Mounts" with silica packets under the padding.

                    It works well so far.

                      Eagle is fake.
Get everyone to agree its real is the oldest trick in the book.
                      Its beyond sloppy.
                      Head is pathetic.
Head and beak should be tight and well executed and up above the wings.
This one fails on so many points.
Newer Sieder fakes are better but still fake.

Owen, you had better give up on this one. Anyone who is familiar with SS bullion sleeve eagle construction knows these are real - that is, all four of the posted examples.

No one "got everyone to agree" - the poster is not my personal friend and I don't know him. I do know, however, that these are original and your arguing otherwise doesn't change that.

                          Robert,
Its about the item not the poster.
                          However......
                          We can agree to disagree.

The eagle that started this thread bears NO relation in detail that Bobs one has in the head and beak area.
                              Its beyond simple to see.

Pure nonsense. I ignore the eagle posts anymore for the most part, until I see someone who doesn't know what they are talking about try and trash an authentic piece. Stick to Camo Kammo.
