Ok, I have tried it by hnad and it seems to be elastic, but I hope that it is not so important.... It is very well marked ...

It is important and has influence on price ( more valuable with elastic rubber bands and less valuable without elastic rubberbands ). Most are well marked ( at least with size markings ).

Few key factors has influence of price ; first if the fur is fine and without damages, second if cloth has damages or repairs, third if the rubber bands in waist and wrist are still elastic.
