There are plenty of period Pictures with SS soldiers wearing pink piped wraps but i believe this was not done in the factory.
Imo the pink piping was added later.

The insignia appear to be original ... certainly the rune tab, eagle and cufftitle.

Do you mean, that the pink piping around the collar was added in the field or training camp?

I think it was done by the owners of the wraps or by a Company tailor or other tailor during war time.
I have never seen a factory made SS tank wrap with factory applied pink or yellow piping but i have seen a few wraps with later added piping.
I do know of one nice SS tank wrap with later added thick yellow piping (the same you can find on Luftwaffe tunics).

The SS Tank wrap left the factory only with an arm eagle imo.
