        Owen I believe it is. I ran the image through photoshop and it looks like there is indeefd a three digit ink stamp there but too faint to clearly make out the numbers.

        Also thanks for posting the nice close up shot of the ink stamp for factory 933.
        For the pullover smocks they always seem to stamp it on the back side of the pocket flap.

            Yes the number 123 is the manufacturers code.

            What type of uniform is the tag from?

                              Late war SS Tropical Keilhosen. Textbook SS cut trousers with the straight cut pockets and marking in the back. (and some other details) but it lacks the hooks that are textbook for the "saharina".

                              I've also seen a "908" on another short Saharina trousers.
