I personally don't see a COA as adding anything these days. This ring is original, in great condition. a very rare award date and not common year to find, well documented wearer and a very interesting wearer.
I don't know what price some feel it should be worth, but unlike most every other type of item in 3rd Reich collecting these rings are truly unique to each bearer. I think that his price is in line given the above factors.

Hello, the ring itself might be an original one - pics are much too less detailed to do a serious statement.
But the person who did the fake engraving did not know the least and foundamental facts about how these rings had been engraved, how doc and engraving do correspond, how/when HH did sign these docs, when the rings have been bestowed.
The engraving is a clear, ugly and easily to detect fake one.

In my opinion, the hand engraving is of the highest quality.
This is an original HR, both outside and inside.
Whether it is worth 10k, is another story.
