Although the fact that the shown pictures are a bit vague, I personally do not like the backing, the glue traces, the large size pips and the loose embroidery on the Wolfshook and would therefore NEVER have them in my collection.
Of course, did the Dutch fabricate lots of items themselves (often very roughly done) however, this fact should IMO not be used as an excuse to authenticate everything that looks like 'the real stuff'.
This is just my opinion....I might be wrong of course.

Construction, age etc looks good to me. I know from Bob Hritz that the Dutch were "masters" in locally made items.
