They are good looking trousers made from original material, and look professionally produced. Some button holes on SS items (M43 cap, sleeves features) aren't keyholed, though I agree keyholing is the norm.
I would expect manufacturing info to be stamped on the fabric (if any factory marks were used at all), as these are a garment not a cover or pullover and would need a size to help with issue. A paper tag seem improbable, but what we don't know could fill a truck.
For instance, they could have even been part of a run for elements of a post-war army. But they do look like a great display set I'd hand onto for the time being.
