Thanks for pointing out my mistake. You guys saved me from making a big error later on. I got too involved in designing the logo and seeing if I could recreate the tab, that I didn't stop to think how this might impact me or someone else. Thank you to the members here for pointing out my lack of judgement. I have some other ideas that are WWII related, so hopefully those will be more acceptable.

I think nobody would have problem to wear a shirt "enola gay" or a wrap of bombardiers or a shirtoof UK or a US flag etc etc etc etc etc.

"Enola Gay" could well be taken the wrong way, and there are also plenty in the US offended by the American flag.
Best to wear what you are comfortable with and screw what anyone else thinks.

I wear a hat with a totenkopf skull sometimes, not a neo Nazi that I know of but I am a biker and I like the design. I can understand people being offended by it, tough luck for them is the way I see it. I am offended seeing Islamic, gay and mexican flags being flown all over the place, no one cares about that so I don't care about them.

I just read that. . Not all of California .. I was referring to the Hollywood star /types that were wearing them about fashionably a few years ago. I think they were calling it Che cult pop or the like. Most had no idea what he was about but some did. Then again the paparazzi won't be snapping any of us (et al) wearing a Dirlewanger

I Really Want To Be Bored

Complaining that a particular thread is boring or uninteresting, and then reading and posting on it is a way to elevate yourself above the commoners who aren't intellectual enough to realize the subject they're discussing is not worth discussing.
