Need Help - order from hiscoll

Hello everybody!
Around 2 weeks ago, I've ordered a single runic tab from hiscoll.com, made my payment a few days after. But now I'm feeling kind of concerned because I wrote at least about 5 emails regarding my order but never received any reply from Mario, also haven't received the tab yet.
Usually Mario is getting back to mails within one day but this time there is no reply to my writing for more than 10 days
Perhaps he is on a business trip at the moment??? ..nevertheless he is still updating his shop with new items.

Perhaps there is somebody among you guys who knows Mario much better and stays in contact with him, would be great if you would help me.

Yes I noticed that too ....
I mailed him two days ago he hasn't go back to me
He never mentioned he was going away either as I am sure he has just come back.

Thank you all for your kind feedback! I know he is, I always fully trusted Mario, its also not the first deal I had with him and it was always a pleasure to deal with him! But as I mentioned, usually Mario comes back within one day and thats why I started to think about what happened.

But now everything cleared up and I've just received an email from him!

I don't know of his whereabouts but I am sure hes busy snapping up a few goodies for his site ..... I have learnt over the years that Mario as already stated is a good guy.
He will bend over backwards to assist anyone in this hobby to help as much as he can ...... Maybe a little more patience needed

Mario has always been spot on with me & on every transaction I have done with him, which is quite a few, good guy always sent well packaged etc.
I always email him to let him know when its arrived also.

Sometimes these things can take 7-10 days with different nations postal systems, I think I would take a little while longer before I raised it on here.

He is probably a victim of his own success trying to get evry thing out & keep on track with us all

+1,I Only bought from him once but it went alright although it did take around 7-10 days if i remember!
