Firstly there is nothing wrong with a hand embroidered tab for enlisted use having a "B" label, this is regardless off, if it is a runic or tk or one of the above with numbers or letters, hand embroidered or machine embroidered

you also have to take into account time period as well pre war aluminium H/E tabs were the norm for enlisted ranks.
