                    Not saying this skull is real, but the location of the mark is consistant with a real example.

                        There was a thread a while ago with one with the marking in that location and I believe that one was correct even though it received mixed reviews--I think due to the hand vaulting, will put up pix.

                          As I recall BobI got this out of the woodwork some time ago, this one is heavily curved and the prongs broke off and it was sewn on, as you can see it does not have the rough surface on the back but is smooth, the front took some hits, but it has the right look,
