                      If you put them in the bank, you might aswell take a picture and sell them to someone who will display them.
                      They should be displayed....I should become a bank robber knowing how much TR militaria is in bank boxes

                          Thank you. I have retained a researcher recommended by a fellow member who is looking into his history; he is going to see if there is any photographs of this individual as well as whether or not he is the same Emil Bihler as came to the US.

                              Just to reattach the visor, which will probably necessitate replacing the cork liner. Then again, I might leave it as is for the time being.

                                "I might leave it as is" Good idea Eric as when you do restore it there is no going back! I would leave as found especially if planning to sell them....

                                Just my opinion and they are yours to do as you like.
