along with the banner I am offered this later war coarse wool m43 with single row of teeth tk machine sewn. Ive never been fond of this trap but I feel the trap is 100% original to the cap. Liner shows no tampering with & wear is consistant throughout. Of course Id appreciate all advice, comments & help from whoever would like

It looks like a nice original cap to me. I like the pulldown material, liner, and sewing details. The trap is not a style that bothers me - I like it!
