I do value Mr. Pic´s comments in general, just sometimes I get the feeling that he seems to be grumpy about the actual price and market development (and not only in regards to shady deals with fakes within the market) and that he didn´t make it to become a happy owner of a fine authentic SS tunic himself when the prices were different.

I agree. Jealousy and spite - what else can you expect from a "collector" who has nothing in his collection and realises that never will. What I don't understand is what is the point to hang out in places that only make you anger, but I've also heard there are many "active impotents". Way to often Mr.Pic intentionally spits acid provoking others and as a result some even have been expelled for saying things not near as offensive to him as his to others.

Nothing has been posted yet, I am very curious to know if its another put together group by a dealer in order to make $$$ with a nice story and see who falls for it..........

I'll be very interested to see any pictures of the Witt tunic grouping. A word of caution to everyone - there have been several instances of highly desirable "groups" being built around tunics, documents, medals or photos. I am not implying that the Witt grouping is one of these without having seen it, but I do think that provenance is incredibly important, especially with five and six figure items. Healthy skepticism should never be discounted in any hobby where money is involved.

Apperently items belonging to Witt was sold by a relative to Kai Winkler several years ago. No uniforms where part of the grouping at that time.

I hear you ! The best one i have had and still have the emails is of some one wanting me to sell to them .. And because i said give me a few days to think ..And for saying that i get a email back telling me they dont want it because its fake . Amazing says how some think on here ,
