    I'm not exactly sure how they do it, but I think they will have several different molds made and they are able to alter each one of them however they want to. We see this done on many different fakes, especially belt buckles. For example, some of the most common fake EM buckle patterns
    such as the "v chest" can be found with numerous marking variations, (even though they are die struck, it's still the same idea). Also, we see this on the
    360/380 series of fake insignias which can also have the M1/17 marked reverse.
