    Thanks, MERDOCK. I wasn't condemning the cap, just questioning aspects of it. I sure as hell don't know everything, and don't pretend to.

      Hi,
      Don't know whats happening to the forum these day's lots of people seem a little up set ,it's not just this forum but on lots of others as well in various other hobbies it's the same,WHY.

          Upset?

          I can only speak for my own country, where people are losing their homes and their savings, and seeing the country they once knew, destroyed by a certain communist in some grand social experiment that has never worked anywhere, and never WILL work. Maybe that explains why some people are on edge.
