Do you mean all SS-contracted clothing factories used the same style of stamps for the numbering of the sizes, or is the style of the digits used in this stamp non-existing for BW?

I searched some other stamps. This one for example, has a totally different style.

          And secondly?

I will put some additional pictures of the construction of the jacket. Perhaps this will answer your second remark.

          Regards

                  Hello Excelsior,

Silver/gray HBT lining is used in some original and in some fake wraps. The lining material use by itself does not give us an answer either way. In this photo you show the inside of the cuff where it buttons, could you show us a straight on shot of the outside of the cuff? Also when showing markings like the SS-BW and size markings, it really helps if the shots are looking straight on. Photos taken at angles distort any markings, sometimes making comparisons difficult or impossible.

So far the wrap does not look promising for many reasons. How about some insignia shots?

The SS BW factory uses Reece roundhole machines for the belt support hooks, and they are allways chain stitched. Even a tunic construction made with a care and professionally, there some mistakes in construction and technologies, but this is my opinion only

Unfortunately these are the only pics I have, so for the time these must do. But thx for your remarks!

Espenlaub, what do you mean by Reece roundhole machines? These aren't and not chain stitched? I can see the connection wire uncut. Thx for you remark.

Hereby some better pictures of the stamping.

Ink of the BW and size is not the same, which IMO is a good sign.

Also better pics of the sleeve, isignias and buttn hole stitching.

Shouldeboards were in the pockets and have been reattached. Old stitching still on the collar boards.
