ss armbands

I have some questions about SS-armbands.



Many people say that the Swaz must be multiparts and sewn to the white circle.

Is that the only truth?



I have had a couple that came from good sources. They looked very nice, except for the printed swaz.



Could it be a homemade/altered version?



Late war?



Assembled with different parts(ss+sa for example)?
