Hello Gran Sasso,
nice Tunic! But...
What size has tunic and cap?
The wife of this SS Unterscharführer died couple of months ago, he died in 1999. I'm in contact with his daughter and she told me that he had sold his tunic and hat in 1978.

It appears the tunic is not the uniform in the wedding photo.

What a fantastic tunic - and it is very interesting to note the many significant modifications made to this issue M42. I truly appreciate the opportunity to see these little details.
It is posts like this I think of when someone tells me (as happened a couple of times at The MAX last week) that the forum is a waste of time. Another point it proves: there are still amazing things to be found.
Many thanks for sharing these images Patrick.Last edited by Mike Davis; 10-07-2010, 12:08 PM.
