Btw, there is a new Wehrwolf fake out there.

First they used that style for fake buckles and now for fake medals.

If you see something like that in an auction, run away...!

Here is a special edition of the H.Löns book "Der Wehrwolf".

Sonderausgabe des SS-Wirtschafts-Verwaltungshauptamtes, Berlin.

The book played an importand role in the ideology of the Wehrverband "Der Wehrwolf - Bund deutscher Männer und Frontkrieger". At the end of ww2 Goebbels and Himmler used it for the propaganda. Special editions were printed and they were given to young soldiers, HJ members etc..

I had not seen that interesting edition of "Der Wehrwolf." Very cool. The English translation of that book is back in print, I believe.

PS: I'm still looking for the Goebbels edition for the Wehrmacht.

A new innovation!

The front of the button is in Wehrwolf style and the back has SS markings.

Since the first time I had seen that book page, I wanted to find all Wehrwolf badges!

But not all badges were easy to find and it took some years...

The hardest job was to find the badge for a Jungwolf (youth section of the Wehrwolf).

Why? The Wehrwolf had only 30000 members and only 3000 members were a Jungwolf.

The badge arrived today!

Yes Kevin, this job is done! Now it is time to find other rare or unofficial Wehrwolf items.

PS: Collecting Wehrwolf propaganda postcards is another interesting field!
