Sorry I do not have time for pointless debates. Try to read books and learn about history

Your numbers are way off.. Soviet Union 164-M (1939)--- Germany 69-M (1939). Your right in that it was not 10 to 1 however it was more than 2 to 1, and in battle the Russians used both men and woman.

P.S. if you adding in allied Countrys to come up to 110 for Germany don't forget Russias had a little help also; USA 132-M (1940) England 46-M (1940) and the list go's on and on..

No question that but the Russians fought extremely hard & well, and that their land army ground down the majority of German fighting forces.
Lets not forget though the sole reason why Stalin was able to almost completely strip his eastern front to throw everything that he had in the fight against Hitler - Because the USA and it allies were grappling singlehandedly with the mighty Japanese Empire, and it was obvious Japan would not be able to do anything against Russia while so engaged.

Were it not for that fact, Stalin would not have been able to strip his eastern front of the forces that we so essential in replacing the massive losses he suffered in the opening months of the invasion ,, Or if he did so anyways, would have risked tempting the Japanese into a Japanese strike - Which in fact was the prime nightmare scenario for allied planners.

So while the Soviets deserve all credit due for their success against Germany, lets not forget, there is a reason for that, and the reason was he was able to turn his back on Japan, and that luxury was due to the efforts of the USA.
With the pounding they were taking from US forces, he was able to ignore Japan until the last weeks of the war, when greed drove him to attack Japan for some last minute spoils when she was already defeated .

No doubts about it. It played crucial role especially in the Battle of Moscow in winter 1941.

"Although the Wehrmacht's offensive had been stopped, German intelligence estimated that Soviet forces had no more reserves left and thus would be unable to stage a counteroffensive. This estimate proved wrong, as Stalin transferred fresh divisions from Siberia and the Far East, relying on intelligence from his spy, Richard Sorge, which indicated that Japan would not attack the Soviet Union"
