The SS had their own markmanship diamonds, worn on the lower left sleeve... I also don't like the stiches which sew the wool backing to the cord..

I mentioned this for it looks like a West German laynard with wool backing added and ofcourse fake RZM label.

Pretty sure it is either East or West German from the knots.

BTW, all early East German shooting lanyards have 13 knots and later switch to 23 knots. I can say for pretty good certainty that this cord is not E. German. --Luke
