I am sorry to say it is not an original.

A possible first pattern LAH? If not, please provide particulars, not just conclusions.

                      Felix,
Is that a good RZM band without the embroidery?

1st Pattern Adolf Hitler Cuff Title.

                        Reproduction.

Here is what a first pattern EM Adolf Hitler Cuff title should look like. Notice the fine detail on the serifs. Reference: Williamson and McGuirl, German Military Cuff Bands 1784-Present,1998, Page 178.

Does your cuff title have a slightly oily feel to it? If it does, this looks like the one I sold at Manions as a reproduction 3 years ago. The backing and exposed lettering is the same also.

Why do you even bother to read my posts when you claim I am a novice, and hence got not clue what I am talking about?

Youre the expert, you ought to know!

                          Peter,

the floor is yours! Come on!

                            Felix,
Is the RZM band original or a reproduction? Simple question, no need for a theatrical performance.
Also, Felix, I would never say you were a novice. I think it is you who is not reading the posts.

For the others I can tell you it is indeed a reproduction black cloth band.
No matter what other "so called" experts tell you.
Embroidery and ageing tells as well.

                              Cheers,
                              Felix
