Yes I too have had trouble with Ebay,,thats why Im here,,,Im still some what new to WAF,,but I have reputaion and I have always ,,and still do take buying and selling serious,,if a sell makes a mistake correct it,,,nobody is perfect,,but take care of business,,,,and that will come back,,,10 fold,,,,,,,,,,,,Im sure if he doesnt answer the buyers emails,,,the forum has rules to take care of sellers whom scam,,,,,,Greg Scotto...concord calif.I so love this hobby

Worst case scenario ..

Sending a FAKE skull when showing & offering an underpriced original does not seem like a mistake , but rather like total FRAUD .. ?

Milan , do - NOT - file your Paypal claim for a " lost item " , seller will have proof of receipt by you , and is probably reading this as well .

Recieving a " significantly different " item is a claim in itself ( fraud ) .
I think Paypal will ask you to return the item with your own proof of return-shipment to get a REFUND , but fortunately I have had no experience with a case like this .

Flollowing this closely. A buyer claims a DD SS m42 the seller had arrived safely & in good order. I believe what happened is someone maybe got the good skull thru a back door deal & this majormoon charachter tried to make a lil extra. My question is a) How is this guy still a member here and b) check his status, he has seen these posts and has been logged on since these disputes, why isnt he coming forward with an explaination? Time to ban this guy NOW!!!!! Personally, this is a great site & I dont wanna see it go the way of ebay......

but all the pressure you can bring to this seller needs to be done now.

Other forums I belong to have trading stats above the number of posts. You should also post the guys name and address here on the forum. Was he a verified member?

I specifically remember the buyer or a prospective buyer being warned about this,there is no excuse for this activity,but c'mon use a little wisdom here,goose egg posts says alot doesnt it?any sane person knows they are taking a major chance with something like this,or realizes outright its a scam{underpriced,o posts etc.}
Dont buy from anyone with no posts unless hes your next door neighbor!

I have bought a couple of dozen items from E-Stand sellers and only have 1 slow arriving item. I do look at the number of posts though. Sometimes there is just no defense for the big lie. Crooks are crooks and our best defense it to talk about in venues like this and to get them bounced for the Forum. Seller & buyer feedback would be helpful.
In the past, twice I have had to go to paypal when items were not shipped by crooks and paypal was easy to work with and I did receive the monies back. That's why I will only buy with paypal.
Whether their names are Madoff or Major_____ they are out there.
