problem with this member "MajorMoon", BIG, BIG, BIG
I bought this item http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=374175, sent money and he sent me fake skull!

Maybe I will return the money back, just want to warn everybody, not good man!

Paypal ey, obviously you can try to file a claim but a smart crook will have wired the money from his paypal to his bank account already.

Se what kind of insurance policy your credit card company offers. Maybe they will give you your money back. Worked for me several times.

I have had very good luck with filing claims with Paypal for non-receipt and repo items. I humbly suggest that you file a claim. Nothing to lose but a bit of time. Sometimes Paypal with reimburse you from their own funds when the fraudulant seller has closed his/her accounts. That's why I only pay for items with Paypal.

Also PRINT OUT the original Estand-ad before it disappears , and the discussion here .. !

You'll have to proof that the item offered was " significantly " different from the one you recieved . That will be difficult enough for the Paypal-"experts" , but fortunately you can point out the lack of markings .
SS-items are not their favourite subject I would imagine ..

Milan ! If you mention that claim is about SS/german WW2 etc - you will loose money for sure. Paypal is against "nazi" items. That's why some dealers can't use paypal. I would fill the claim saying that award or insignia was missing or different from description - whitout saying which period/country.

Flollowing this closely. A buyer claims a DD SS m42 the seller had arrived safely & in good order. I believe what happened is someone maybe got the good skull thru a back door deal & this majormoon charachter tried to make a lil extra. My question is a) How is this guy still a member here and b) check his status, he has seen these posts and has been logged on since these disputes, why isnt he coming forward with an explaination? Time to ban this guy NOW!!!!! Personally, this is a great site & I dont wanna see it go the way of ebay......
