Hello Norge, caps marked SS-BW are considered not original, you can see other threads on this forum too, bad insignia too.

The insigna is close. But I do not like it. M40 cap with stamps is fake! Conclusion: Fake! (but a very nice copy I like to buy )
By the way: I have seen a simular cap (not same cap, but with the same insigna) been appreciated as orginal at this forum before!

Skull: I guess it's only 6 different flatwire SS cap skulls to compare with. Teeth and eyes look OK but the details I marked red is definitely wrong on your skull, and different to the 6 orginal types I've seen!
