      More about that Mius:
      Reg. Germania was along the Mius between 23. 12. 41 and 26. 1. 42.
      Reg. Nordland and Reg. Westaland as well as i understand. Heavy fighting took place there. Coldest temrature 20 below zero.

      Maybee not training after all ?

        Please dont tease and enlighten me with the story surrounding Meyer's album. How did you acquire it, etc., etc. For me, these are some of the best moments of this hobby when stories are shared of how one acquired rare, exceptional personality items.

          No Fancy story it was given to me by a friend in Germany about 20+ years ago, its a small album containing 38 photo's of campaign in Poland/Greece.
          Those photo's I had scanned into the computer because of the interesting insgnia/uniform shots

            here are a few more shots, notice on this shot that the ss unterscharfuhrer has his straps covered, you can just see the black of the strap and the NCO tress at the end,
