Do any of you know if Sepp Dietrich wore the golden cords of the wehrmach generals caps, on his waffen ss cap? I know he favored the gold ss eagle, and gold ah cufftitle.

That is a good question. I have seen a few of his items at the USMA, and a summer tunic Jack Angolia owned, but I have never seen his hat or a color photo thereof. I would assume he would wear gold cords."Activity! Activity! Speed! I greet you."

Most period postcards of him waring his cap shows a army cap eagle not a SS one. That is as I have seen.Comment
