Walloons - SS Recruitment Poster

I thought I would post this one to get some opinions. I have seen a few of these but none with the text looking as white as on this (normally a washed out yellowish tone to the text ans shield surround). Then again that could be due to the flash.

I am pretty sure on this one, although if there are other examples that can be posted for comparison it would be good to see.

I have tried to get better photos but as yet my request to the dealer has fallen of deaf ears.
