SS CAP EAGLE, unmarked and MAGNETIC!!!!!

    Hi collectors,

I got that one from a good source here in Germany.
I first thought, it is an unmarked zink one, but I layed it beside a magnet and it glided to it.
This example is complete made from steel, from very thin material and light (only 5 gr). It has no rust outside (painted?) and some small rust inside.

Did someone out there saw(heared about this variant before? My (limited) research at the web brought nothing out.

    Someone out there with facts?

    THANKS

so the fakers made only this one? Or did anyone saw that "faked" style before?
If so, post pictures, please. I´m sure, no one will be able to post it.
This is punched, and for that you need quality tools, especially to get that good result, as the eagle is.
To make some money out of this work, one should have to make and sell a lot of that eagles.
So I look forward to see your pics.
I post that not to make some small money with that bird, I can return it to my friend without problems. Sometimes unknown things come out.

So, essentially, your entire argument is that, unless there are numerous other examples of the same style, it must be original. Weak. That sort of logic may satisfy you, but it falls far short of what the vast majority of the rest of the serious collectors would expect as proof of originality.

I can tell you that some of the best fakes I have seen were ones, which I have only encountered once. I am sure that others who dedicate a large amount of time and effort studying these things would tell you that their experiences have been similar.
