Grenadier has a reasonably priced one for sale right now.

That skull is not an original green camo skull. It is either a tropical or grey original skull dyed postwar.
If if would have been a real cap removed green skull it would have been VERY rare and price at least three times as high!

Price is not really the red flag here but the fact that there were no real camo green skulls in this style.
