It's one of the few without captions. Walter Hummel was SS-VT, in SS-Regiment Deutschland, in the early days. It certainly looks like a shot from a school or a course of some kind. There are a few shots of SS men on skis, one of whom is wearing a Totenkopf collar patch, so it could be a winterwar course, which would have been attended by members of different units.
