Oh my God, Dan, GIVE IT UP. You keep quoting these absurdly inaccurate, outdated "reference" books as if they are gospel. All you are doing is showing how little you know. We can all imagine how accurate your clains to have a collection of 100% unquestionable originals is if this is the sort of crap you believe is authentic. However, you are free to believe whatever you want and fill your collection with fakes if that makes you happy. We don't care. Just understand that you will never win these absurd arguments with any real experts. You have (once again) made yourself into a laughing stock in this field. I guess it's time for another "technical problem" which will force you to have to change your user name...again.
