hi.my new find. i have a questoin.was there any differents between an early ss skulls like this,and other danzinger style skull like IWW husars or 2WW kavalery? what you think about rarity early ss skulls?

Small skull .

Hi all. Here is an small skull.The holder is of the smallest size for referense. The skull seems to small for cap. Can annyone tell me what it is ??

This type of skull was worn unofficially during the Weimar period on the collar of the tunic by members of the 5th Cavalry Regiment.

It was also used occasionally on Panzer collar tabs during the war.

Both of these uses are confirmed in photos.

It is quite a scarce skull variation.
