      The tabs and straps are the fakes available as such back in the 70's, Glittery litzen and side-pronged pips.

      Afraid I'd run not walk away from this ensemble.

            Peter I've withdrawn my comments, thanks for convincing me on the collar shape!...BUT the tunic still has issues as the insignia = bad, so not a convincing piece
