The tabs and straps are the fakes available as such back in the 70's, Glittery litzen and side-pronged pips.

Afraid I'd run not walk away from this ensemble.

Reverse L

I doubt that the tunic is even good...note the red area... the reverse "L" shape is not something I would expect to see on a period tunic...
