They were sold mainly, for the support of the Sint-Maartensfonds. That 'mapcase' is one of the 'Vlamingen aan het oostfront'-books.
The inscription is by the way:
Wolchow, Leningrad, Sjitomir, Jampol, Narwa, Oder. 5 Battlefields were the Flemish fought.
