I don't know, they belong to a friend . Funny but the Stug Tunic was only bought a few months back from a WA member who reckoned it was original.
And the LSAH black bandsman's tunic came from the Stuart McKenzie collection and I'm sure it has a letter of authentication, funny that's wrong.

Everyone thinks what they have is original but whoever it was didnt dare post it on a forum because they knew it would get bad reviews. You wouldnt believe the amount of stuff people have that isnt shown because they know it will get torn to shreds here,rightfully so in many cases. People bought stuff from N&T and other dealers early on in the history of forums and got rooked, some is being sold behind the scenes as real.

This is a case where a period photo would have confirmed the bad quality of these items. And if they looked right I would still have to have them in hand and know the whole story and then I have to believe it !

Just curious, I've never seen a tab like the one on the first tunic. Is it a complete fantasy piece or did musician tabs acrtually exist?
