    Hello,
Yes, a lucky old found in the red cross bag...come from Austria.
I add. the Alterkampfer winkel, but I think that Originally the Alterkampfer winkel on this tunic was the old model with the piece in wool under the winkel, in the detailed pictures is still possible see the shadow of the old winkel....but I never founded one sewn on the green under wool...
But it's one of my favourite tunics!

Absolutely nice. Restored tunics definitely have a right to live ...again.

I noted that there is absolutely no track of holes on the underside of the collar.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I feel that slip on boards was quite common on
officer tunics from Rgt. "DF" and "D" ?

              Very nice tunic.

Hi I disagree, not priceless at all. Restored tunic without any provonance is common even nice officer as this one.

Looks nice and a bit expensive for sure...

Nick , if it was not for this forum and the guys on the forum, I would have no collection at all. The restoration work that I have seen that Lorenz has done is amazing. I am sure his SS collection is somethng to behold. Jacques

Bill Carson again your voice of reason an high intelligence graces our presence without shedding a single drop of wisdom on the subject. I think you once called me a Bore..well if the shoe fits and it does, you are wearing it better than I.The only thing not worth a carrot is your opinions.

Amazing what one would do for attention. Reminds me of my 4 year old, at least sometimes he is funny, definitely more intelligent in his efforts to be noticed. Jacques

If I was like you this was the moment to do what you think "When you have to shoot, shoot, don't talk".
                              Lucky man ...
