    latest forum "member" Kevin Mckeaigg rip off scam

    Hey guys:

    Forum member Kevin Mckeaigg aka ebayseller1954 forum name wolfen62 is at it again. After getting a real dachau TK tab from him off ebay for 1/3 cost I decided to take a chance on a Galacian tab he had sight unseen. Well what I got was a very close Delta fake & when I contacted him I was told all his items are guaranteed for life & to send the tab back.Well that was 2 mos ago so now he has the worthless fake & my money. Dozens of phone calls later (and empty promises from him) Im still at square one. Paypal refuses to help....so can anyone point me in the direction of any legal recourse I may have? This guy is the lowest of the low....I cant see how hes still a member of this forum. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!! Regards Rich

    Where is he from? USA?

    Sounds like you could contact the post office. I think that this would qualify as mail fraud.

      yes i still have certified reciept of him getting the tab back......

        The mail was used in the commission of a fraudulant act... I would definitely contact your post office. I would also contact his local law inforcement agency.

          Hi Rich, I can find no trace of any forum member of the name wolfen62?

          Please confirm his forum ID.

          Have you told any moderator about this situation? We cannot do anything unless we know about it.

          I take a VERY dim view of any situation like this and I will look into it.

            Rich, the "at it again" indicates he has a history of ripping people off. Is this the case? The reason I'm asking is because I got the other Dachau tab from him, and had already examined the tab you bought and returned it with no problem. He refunded my money.

            Kevin hasn't responded to my emails in the last two months either, until about a week ago. He indicated he had had some pretty significant issues in his life (not related to collecting), and was getting back to mailing and the like this week.

            Disorganization and dishonesty are two different things. Is he a scammer? I'm asking because I honestly don't know - he's been on the up and up with me until this last go around.

                    Sorry but I got the name mixed up its wolfen1612.I mean I can understand personal problems causing a delay. What we have here is a tab that was examined by forum members & returned only to be pushed off on someone via ebay. However, when my mortage is due the bank does not care whether I have "personal issues" thery want their money! Hes lied several times about sending the money so that does seem a bit dishonest by the way. But help may be on the way.Our postmaster in our small town seems very intrested in this & has helped me even with international mail problems. hes a real bulldog & he has no problem with the subject matter that is in dispute (ie Nazi items) I will meet with him on saturday & he seems to consider this real mail fraud & will start the ball rolling to getting me my money back & seeing this rip off (hopefully) get his just payment.

                        However Mr. Rygard has had a difficult time determining what he wants to do. Some times he just needs the money back because he is broke, sometimes he has decided it is a fake, some times he decides he wants to keep it. I quit keeping track over the weeks and through the phone calls and Emails. I tell him the same with out elaboration. Send it back if you do not want it. When he sends it back I will refund. the story does not matter to me.

                          This guy's a beaut! He won't pay people back, avoids answering emails, pulls a bait and switch and still has the nerve to appear here as if he is actually a trustworthy guy. "Kevin McKeiagg" is a name I will not be forgetting anytime soon, like Jim Calhoun, Charlie Snyder, Gary Branham, Dan Potts/Alex Dowling . . . . .
